Empowering young entrepreneurs: From dream to reality thanks to Heure Joyeuse
Originally from Casablanca, Bibi is a 29-year-old woman who has turned her skills and passion into a promising business in the sector of sound systems for events.
With a degree in economics and management, she has enriched her career with several additional training courses and experiences. It was thanks to the support of the association Heure Joyeuse, one of our partners in Morocco, that she was able to realise her entrepreneurial dream.

After three months of training in 2024, she received financial support to launch her business, as well as comprehensive support from coaches who helped her strengthen her skills and acquire new knowledge about the world of entrepreneurship. This support, both human and technical, enabled her to set up her own company of sound systems for events, in collaboration with several companies offering other event services.
The most memorable moment for Bibi at Heure Joyeuse was meeting other young entrepreneurs. She particularly appreciated the diversity of the projects undertaken by each of them, which allowed her to broaden her horizons, find inspiration and expand her network. These exchanges, enriched by the supportiveness of the coaches, created a stimulating and motivating environment for her project to grow.
Today, her business is booming. Her company was officially launched in January. At the same time, she continues to train via Heure Joyeuse's online platform, while developing her services of sound systems for events.
Despite the challenges, Bibi remains positive and determined. Her ambition is clear: to create a large company, hire several employees and, offer opportunities to those who, like her, aspire to fulfil their potential.
Like her, there are many young people in Morocco with ideas and projects. Thanks to organisations such as Heure Joyeuse, which actively support them in achieving their ambitions, their dreams are taking shape, their talents are being revealed, and they are building a future with greater confidence and determination.
