The urban centres of Casablanca, Marrakech and Safi, flooded by young people arriving from rural areas are especially effected by this phenomenon.
Support to these young people without any formal qualification is urgently needed offering vocational training and access to employment since they represent a real force for the country’s economic development if harnessed effectively.
